    hi lynhal when they were just a few weeks old i think i had the lights too high up and they were searching become very ''leggy'' as some say. im using 3 cfl about an inch above+red led grow light.....but yea some more lights round the side's would be good i plan to get at least two more cfl's in there if not more...more the better thanks tho matey

    well didnt get better cam but i took some pics with fone of the plants for peeps to see 3 different plants
    tell me how you think the grow is going
    it just getting over the yellow leafs syndrome
    that upside down bottle thingy is a N-P-K slow release fertilizer

    Grow looks little stretchy from the beginning but looks fine by now. If that is your cabinet you should paint it with flat white or cover with Mylar or other reflector materials to get the lights more effectively on the plants.

    ok maybe i will line it with sum silver foil thanks for advise G
    my next grow im going to start in n old pc cabnit the light should reflect quite well for when there young

    also that is just outside the cabnet its a lot more lighter inside will add pic l8r
