    HERMY?

1 and a half months possibly down the drain? went to water tonight and noticed what appears to be seeds! not lots and lots but here and there! I have seen no other signs of this plant turning hermy, none what so ever! is it possible that it could produce seeds and still be a healthy female? I'm new please help.

    HERMY?

Well the pictures are not very good, but I think you are right, seeds.

Seeds do not necessarily mean it was a hermie, tho that does look very stressed to me. It is possible to get pollen from the environment, from handling bag weed, others who may have pollen on them, a pet has pollen on it, any number of ways. Unless you find male flowers on the plant you cannot say it hermied.

You have lost more than 1.5 months I would think. Just as well harvest now before it puts any more effort into the seed production and decreases THC production along the way.

    HERMY?

Ok so it's official, I have a hermi! 6 weeks into flowering and thats that! I'm to far along to just give up, but I'm new to this so I'm not sure what to expect! I was within 2-3 weeks of harvesting her, oh wait I mean "it"! and at this point I don't know if "it" should be harvested now or go another week or 2? will "it" get any stronger? (potency) wise?? or will "it" just focus "it's" energy on the newly acquired seeds? as an old song says (should I wait or should I go now?) here's some pics! any advice? Thanks.

they look purty good I say chop em now, you can always let them seed and throw the seeds awway since all if not most will be hermie as well, but the time for the buds to get more potent has passed, so your not gonna get em any more potent, as soon as theri polinated more than 70% of tricome developement and thc develope ment has stoped and turned to seeding. I would chope em and make hash. definite hermies theri you can tell buy the massive adams apple and the balls swinging everywhere

I disagree. We still do not know the source of the pollen. I dispute they are hermies until shown evidence otherwise. AND, if one plant pollenated a different plant, then it would be much less to show hermaphroditic expression. Essentially that is how they make feminized seeds. We still do not know the source of the pollen. We see seeds, that is all I have seen so far. At the age of those seeds it happened at least 3 weeks ago, maybe 4.

Nice looking tops. Where are the trichomes? Clear, cloudy, or some amber?

They look close to cloudy, and harvest then, or just as they start to amber, but I would harvest within a week regardless, not sure how many seeds you have there in a given plant?

 Thank you all for your responses and for trying to help, it's appreciated! Washougal it's definitely a hermi!! I've found a couple of the dreaded "nanners"! not all over the plant but on a couple of the buds, and I've accepted the not so good outcome. I am going to stop giving it nutes and just plain water "it" for the next week or 2! triches are mostly clear to some cloudy and a little "very little" amber!! do you think a couple weeks (1-2) more is in the pic? its the only plant in the tent. and no I still do not know how this happened!! at this point I'm HOPING that it was stressed out and not bad seeds or bad nutes or that kind of stuff!! I've passed on many clones of this plant (all recipients knowing that it had never flowered but still wanting clones because it's supposed to be blackberry! rare around these parts) and there so-far are no other hermi's!!! my fingers are crossed for them. thanks again for your in-put.

Ok I haven't read the other thread regarding 'what happened', but you describe well now the stress nanners that caused this. Not necessarily a true hermi, but the idea is correct. I think too many nutes and too small of a container did this.

    HERMY?

Only problem I see with the 2nd set of pics, is it's 1 DAY later!!!! (the date of the post)

You did originally say you've got 1.5 months down the drain,... but then focused on the "Early" pics. :wtf:

If you thought you had an issue then, why hang on to the pics/ problem for well over a month before posting? :wtf:

There's a LARGE section of your grow missing here IMHO.

I"m not sure how I feel about my responses to the other thread in light of this one....... but then I'm a bit :glugglug:

    So nothing I post counts!.
