Shipping cannabis

OK so I got busted trying to send a cannabis care package to some friends downstate. The amount is less that 1/4 pound and not all in plant form.
Both myself and the recipient are MMJ car holders.
This in in Oregon.

Did you use an intra or inter state provider? If the USPS, its Federal, and maybe Fed-ex and UPS too. Bummer.

edit: Don't wrap Christmas presents to ship while smoking. It might leave a residue to set off the dogs or whatever. :thumbsup:

Get a lawyer,trying to mail it through any of those is a federal offense. Your buddy wont be in trouble,but I do hope your stuff goes smooth man.

1st .....the recieving person Can NOT be held responsible for what another person sends them..... unless they sign for it... this proves proir knowledge

Only USPS is Federal...requires a warrant to open a package.

This is not the case with UPS or Fedx they are private contractors they can open your shit up and call the police

If you put your actual return address on it...your just asking for trouble:hippy:

Always ship to a safe addy ( addy where no one grows) requiring no signature and never use your return address
