Firstly: The pot fell from the side of my bed about ten days ago, ripping the plant out by the roots. I discovered it sitting there, limp and (panicking hugely) shoved her back in the dirt. F***. The leaves curled slightly overnight, but, miraculously, it recovered by the next day.

Secondly: I had aluminum foil wrapped around the exterior of the plan in an attempt to better harness the available sunlight (YES, I...NOW know that you aren't supposed do that). And, of course, during a blisteringly hot day, the sun focused it's rays on the leaves of my plant, burning a bunch of leaves and leaving hot spots.

OOPS.

So, essentially, it has been ripped up and burnt. But still surviving.
So, I've decided to call him/her 'Miracle Baby'.

aww... she is a fighter to be sure! Keep sending her love. I am convinced that plants respond to our desires to care for them. Even after all she has gone through, she is looking good! I am suspecting some good genes in this one! ---Emmie
