This is where Im at right now:

The seed has sprouted, about a half inch out of the soil. 2 little leaves are forming and 2 more smaller ones are coming around.
This has all been done in the sunlight, but the time is coming to move it elsewhere if its going to stay alive.
I know I need a larger container soon, but Ive also considered buying a small light, new soil etc, to keep my little experiment going
Im not expecting a lot out of this little test, but the lessons I learn could be helpful in the future

I apologize if this is in the wrong place, but hopefully I can get a quick answer and this thread will vanish :) Ive never grown anything in my life, so I need a tip on just getting started. Ive got one seed, and a 20 oz cup filled with miracle grow. Im not expecting much, but I just want to try, mostly out of curiosity. And who knows...if I learn enough through this experiment, it could turn into a life long hobby :) So lets get to step one....should I transfer the soil to another Rating: 5
