It's about 1 1/2 week old.
Has 6 leafs on it. (two round ones, then two pointy on top, then two pointy on top of those)

The first pointy leafs that came in (the ones in the middle of the plant right now) one of them (the larger one) has a few VERY SMALL white dots on it all in one place so it sort of looks like one white dot. It is sort of like smallll hairs and has a sorta sparkle or shine to it. Should I be worried?

P.S. All the bottoms of all my leafs are fine. This is my first grow.
I had fertilized my plant for the first time two days ago with 20-20-20 fertilizer. And the problem I noticed came after this. room temp is about 22-25 Degrees C. I just put a fan on it because the step is a little weak. The plant is a darkish green color and has never been bright green like I have seen in many pictures
