:greenthumb: can I get an amen, brothers and sisters. :jointsmile: that was my thoughts exactly when I saw that section, what a racket. not much better than the old black market racket. :twocents: Why is it that the State of Alaska has built in privacy rights that allow one to grow their own herb, but other States require you to be documented? :wtf:

Yeah and that Doc was smiling big time when he said they gotta come back each year to pay the $125.00 renewal fees he's raking in. I also wonder how much they take in as people try and get all fees and paper work done, who ware down and lose everything they put into the process.
