I got hurt at work...Weed

So I got messed up at work and needed to go to the doctor. Now my job is telling me I need to go for a drug test and they won't allow me back until I do. I used quick fix to get the job and will use it again if possible. Which leads me to my question. Because of the situation will someone watch me pee or will I be unsupervised? Nope. They will only supervise your UA if you give them reasonable cause or your on probation.

Sooo we were wrong. The guy followed me into the bathroom. Needless to say I no longer have a job. It must have been a sign. I hated that place anyway.imp:

He can not do that. You should have refused, you probably would have been fired and then you go to your state labor and industries dept and file a claim against them for illegal firing and file a suit against the lab that violated your civil rights.
It always pays to no exactly where you stand legally in this day and age. It become such a totalitarian regime running things that you have to know where you stand at all times.

I did refuse. I told the they had no reason to watch me and I left. I'm going to look into my state laws and try to do something about it. As for my job.. I'm not going back I'll find something better.

Just another break down of the fucking system. Who would have thought that this dipshit was going to follow you into the bathroom. Definitely look into what legal action you can take to pursue this.

Were you a DOT or Non-DOT employee? That would be the difference I thought if you were observed. From what I have read on these forums.
