My cousin, an ex bremerton officer, was good buddy of his. he got his bad karma too when he had a massive stroke a couple years ago. Sometimes things seem to work out. It still doesn't repay the hundreds that had there civil rights trampled on but at least it helps. I hope Roy lives a long painful life in prison.
