Droopy babies HELP

I have two newborn saplings.. born on 12/1/2010

my problem is the leaves look droopy. and the stems are purple on both plants.

any suggestions on why? and how to fix them?

I use CFL lights and use window sun as much as i can.

the foilage is a nice healthy green.

could be cold weather of overwatering. need more info
