It's an AutoFlower strain.

Keep the light cycle long and she should keep growing, and budding.

That being said, I've never done an autoflower, but most of them seem to wind up around a foot or foot/half tall before they are done.

I've got a 2 inch seedling, about 7 weeks old (my lame setup caused my plants to get off to a slow start), which is already flowering. I got it from a friend who I believe had them under 24 hour light before he donated it to me, and I've had it under 24 hours too, except for about 1.5 days when it only got natural light while my house was in chaos.
