Ok so I've decided to give it a go by attending Rasmussen College. I've decided to drop out before it's too late because I felt like it was too expensive and I wasn't being educated well.

I have received a letter in the mail stating if I do not contact this person by December 2nd that I will be withdrawn from the college.

So I emailed the lady on December 1st and told her I've decided to drop-out.

On December 3rd I get a letter from a different lady saying I have been with-drawn from Rasmussen College.

Is this legal?

The problem here is that I've heard there's more severe consequences with getting with-drawn instead of dropping-out.

Anyone have any insight on my situation? Thanks..
