I cant get to any dispensary's where I'm at, but it kinda sounds like hash. Break off a small piece and stick a pin in it then light it to see what it smells like and then determine if it is indeed hash.

Not sure about the profile info, just complete your profile, and see if that helps. You will get your sig after so many posts or a certain length of time...I believe there is a sticky for first timers here about it, also check the faq's.
