I usually re-pot them when they start 3rd leaf sets. They grow healthier and bushier. Yours have just a little soil in there. Either add some soil to the bottom or re-pot.

Thanks, Ill get that done right away tomorow. Ive been putting off transplating them because I want to make sure I get the strongest plants since I wont have room to transplant all of them. Most all look healthy so it will be a hard choice.
