What's the specs on the LEDs? How many watts/diode, refraction angle of the light lens, color spectrum and ratio?

There is a TON of misinformation out there in regards to LEDs. You can grow with them, but you must have high quality diodes, a focused lens (i.e. 60 degrees), and proper distribution of red and blue spectrum. Good LEDs aren't cheap (although they pay for themselves in the long run). Most of the stuff being peddled isn't much more than Xmas lights in a box.

If you are running two grow rooms (veg & flower) consider using the LED for the veg cycle and get something a bit more robust for flower, either LED or HPS. And don't believe everything those marketer write!

Not totally sure how that happened but it is. Of course the taller ones have the larger buds. The smaller two have lots of buds. but they are not really growing much, just staying that way. When I top off the larger ones when the buds are ready I will lower the light. Have the 2 smaller one been stifled? I mean have they been affected in Rating: 5
