You have to like sauerkraut and it quite simple! :D Take one package of pork chops, country style ribs, roast, or other pork cut and put into a large pot along with one large jar of sauerkraut and one jar of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for 3 hours, and put kraut over mashed potatoes when done. Then, after your done, smoke a big fatty. Really much better the second day Rating: 5
