Sounds to me like you need to cure your bud. I could list all the steps and approx. times but it would be easier if you watch this:

At first glance the bud looked good, the trichomes had formed and its pretty icey, didn't have much of a smell though. But when i started to break it down for smoking i soon learned it was not ready. The bud is stringy and moist, and the inside looks nothing like the outer parts. so i want to dry it out, but i want to do it the right way to retain quality not no microwave shit. i heard leaving it in a Rating: 5:weedpoke:
