Add a heavy backpack to your walks. If your walking, it will help to give your legs an extra load and make your body work harder... Thus burning more fat.
Burnttoast is absolutely correct. Niacin is a myth and as far as the coffee and cigarettes go, your sources are mistaken. Stick to what we've outlined in these posts and you'll have the best chance you can get.
