I have hear that it is safer to vap then to smoke a bowl and if it is safer for non pregnant person then it would be safe for a "pregnant" person.

Yes, it is safer to vape than to smoke, regardless if you are pregnant or not.

Nope.

Like everything else, all things have an upside, and a downside. One just has to weigh the risk/reward ratio to make a viable decision on what to do here.
