CDPHE Rejects old caregiver form and rules retroactively
I just got mail from the CDPHE rejecting my request to change to a certain caregiver.
This was sent in March, and I included my ID, and the proper form.
They reject the old form (the only one to exist at that point) and reject it because of no photo ID.
NOW, while I'd love to fight the good fight, when the legislation passed I sent in paperwork to drop my caregiver anyway, as I am a caregiver and that became against the rules.
Anyway, just a heads up. Your patients may be dropping out from underneath you. My old caregiver hasn't gotten any notification.copobo Reviewed by copobo on .
