    Glad to find this place!

Hiya! I'm 24 years old and from the Midwest. I've been smoking for around 8 years, 100% medicinally for the past three. Not to sound all high (haha!) and mighty, but I believe that marijuana is a great responsibility and I am lucky to be able to use it. The ancient Chinese say that while green can cause people to "see demons" (I wanna know, what were they smoking?!) it can also enable them to grow" light" and communicate with "spirits". While I don't believe THAT, I think the psychoactive components are precious. Remember, people, thousands of years ago we would have been the shamans.

I contracted Lyme Disease when I was thirteen, and have been living with it ever since. It causes a range of problems, from psychological to physical. I could spend all day listing odd things that my body has done to me, but who cares? I discovered how to correctly use marijuana to treat my pain, anxiety, and digestive ailments, as well as a powerful tool/crutch for when I use antibiotics (they are notorious for causing stomach problems). I'm really happy to report that I'm currently taking SPIRO (herbs from the Amazon traditionally used to treat syphilis, another spirochete) successfully, and I hope to be Lyme free in less than two months. Of course this won't cure what damage has already been done to my body; ie; my gallbladder crapped out on me, my stomach rebelled, etc. I fully expect to continue using mmj for the rest of my life. Compared to some of the OTC and prescription stuff, I think I'm better off.

I'm really glad that there is a place for serious, safe discussion of all the topics associated with mmj. We're not criminals, and don't deserve to be treated as such. That said, I'm happy for my brothers and sisters in other states that have fought the good fight and won. Smoke a legal joint for us still caught behind enemy lines in the War on Drugs.

Hey Actofgod, I'm kinda new also, but Welcome to the board!

I have been also taking hemp oil and a variety of all natural herbal vitamins. Glad to hear you found something that helps you with your Lyme Disease. I truly hope that spiro cures you.

I also believe that the CBD combined with THC really are precious, and making MMJ legal in Mn would really help the people of MN.

    Best of luck to you:thumbsup:
