keep your lights close to the tops of your plants and those lights should be just fine. And add a fan to your grow, It will add some stability to your plant. (Imo) if your a month in and the plant cant stand on its own.
Dont waste any more time get rid of those start again, and this time do a little more research before your next grow. Because its not the plants fault you didnt know what you were doing.

A High pressure sodium is a high intensity discharge light. Some people like to start there seedlings or clones under cfl's or fluro tubes. Then switch to a HID light which would be a HPS or a MH bulb.You can also just start your clones or seedlings under a HID MH bulb then for flower just switch to a HPS bulb or run them both!
