Best and Cheapest Flameless Lighter

I have been looking around on the internets for a while now and can't seem to find what I am looking for. I want an easy to use, flameless lighter to light my fat ganja bowls! I am also dirt poor so anything under $10 or homemade is what I am looking for. Any ideas???

Personally, I vape so I'm thinking usb rechargeable Magic Flight Lunch Box and you'd get no further complaints about that company from me.
