How much yield could I expect?

my questions are not about lighting.

My buddy started a grow box a couple of weeks ago using just a 100w bulb so I know it's not impossible.

I'm interested in quantity. Is 20gr realistic, if I gave it say 8 weeks?

I don't have an answer for you either. However, I can give you a guideline, and perhaps you can figure it out yourself.

An AVERAGE experienced grower with ONE 1000 watt lamp, will grow in a 4 ft by 4 ft space. He may have 16 plants in that area, and he will be happy with one oz per plant.... or 30 gr per plant. So perhaps you can calculate what you will get with your setup yourself. There are some growers that can get twice that amount, but they will have everything from CO2 to a lot more equipment and time than I have.

I have some White Rhino seeds, and I was just wondering how much I could end up producing, if set up a grow thing in a closet with a 100watt equivalent CFL? The closet is pretty big, but I wouldn't want to fill it with plant, since I don't need too much, and I'm also just a little impatient. What is a feasible amount to get out of that? 20gr? 50? 100? and if your answer is "it depends on how long you let it grow" then how long would it take to get to 20gr? 50? 100? thanks in advance :) Rating: 5
