Black line on root of germinating seed

Hey got a black line on the outside of the root, extening from tip to inside seed. Is this a problem or normal?

huh, this is something I have never seen or heard of I am waiting to see if anyone has seen this before.

Ya and it almost seems like it has stopped germinating, but I don't know for sure yet

how long have they been germinating? and what are they in a papertowl? roots are usually a nice deep white.

Theyve been germinating for about 3ish days, in paper towel. I have 5 seeds going and they have all recently rooted and are looking fine except for that one.

what kind of seeds, I have herd of genetic disease but this I have never seen

The one was a free seed my buddy got in an order, no idea what it is though
