Really though, I live with islandborn type people around me all the time both because of where I live and thekind of work I do. I tend to get PO'd at them too but it seldom has any impact when you rant at them. (Although admittedly it does sometimes feel good deep down inside somewhere near where my opium receptors are located).

heh, yeah know what you mean which is why I can assure you, I wouldn't bother directing anything at him. I'm just in somewhat disbelief he is still here, allowed to be here, etcetc. I have my forum view set to 100 posts, half of which are him spamming god knows what, which is a little weird to see after the social aspect of this site was purged and it became a medical site. Can't figure out really why he came here..

My guess is that Obama wanted the documents leaked. There isn't one damn thing he's done as president that has shown he plans on upholding his oath of office, and protect our constitution. Actually...quite the opposite is true.

If the liberal fanatics would put as much effort into learning the facts as they do in parroting other uninspired morons that put weak morals above honesty, truth and reason...this past election might not have been such a disaster for the democrats. Personally, I can't wait for the 2012 elections. The candidates are warmning-up already, and so far it's looking like us conservatives are going to gain more seats.

I'm glad all these unclassified cables have been released. I wish they could have got there hands on some better stuff but at least this lets us see the crooks running our own country and how much manipulation of foreign policy goes on.
I'm really waiting for the next dump about a major American bank. I'm hoping its Bank of America. Maybe we'll get a chance to peak behind the velvet curtain.

No shit, eh? And you can say what you want about spying etc. but the fact is, we have learned from Wikileaks that our country is engaged in, and actively covers up, some pretty ugly behavior.

This latest dump was nothing. Yeah, some embarrassment and yeah, it does have serious implications for state craft in the short term but what was really important was the previous leak which showed the murder of more than a dozen Iraqi civilians plus two Reuters journalists. Without their work we would never have known the truth about this incident, which of course should cause us to question a whole range of military activity in these wars. And this is what really has the USG pissed off.

At least the wikileaks dump has reminded the slumbering american public that we're still at war with no end in sight. How did we forget that we were in a war? Oh yeah, repeal healthcare reform, keep gays out of the military, extend tax cuts to the rich, deny extended employment benefits. No news is Fox News.
