I have to disagree with that.
Here's the kine that mine cannabis leaves.

Vegetable Leafminers. Several Liriomyza species of leafmining flies make long serpentine mines through leaves of flower and vegetable garden plants. Normally these insects are very well controlled by natural enemies and outbreaks are almost always associated with use of insecticides."

Neem is worse than worthless against miners.

Outdoors, let the "leafminer biters: handle it.
It's what they do.
Unless you poison them, that is.
Then the leafminers multiply at an alarming rate.

If you are still concerned, find the end of the trail and thubnail da buggah,
Done!

What you describe, are not leafminers, but budworms, the larve of a moth.
Their poo causes bud rot.

but if you have that under control, should be good. Looked like spider mite damage to me, I would spray for the eggs using neem oil and azatrol, with dish soap or saturator.

To each, his own, but I won't eat or smoke anything with chemicals, soap, or neem on it
Yuck!
In my opinion, taste and quality trump quantity every time.

for the discoloration you need to check Ph going in and Ph coming out so check your runoff, as well as your intake water. looks like you had some nutrient lock out during the earlier time cause the new growth is green but the bottom yellow. this is often seen in using Advanced nutes cause they are so potent. (Advanced growers using AN compensate buy starting or going through the entire grow with half or 3/4 strength) personally I think AN is the best but they need to lower the doses, which they already have but they need to lower them more. Nutrient lock out is caused my over watering and over nutrients, and Ph fluctuation, of soil and water. this is what you need to look into, nutrient up take of your root system and to check this you look at these. Adding nitrogen is not necessary with Advanced nutes. you would be the first in a long line of AN users to do so, the solution to the problem is not ad more nutes but find out why the plant is not taking up nutes, to much is bad too. oh and those yellow leaves if they don't come back and green up cut em off their dead and your plant is trying to keep them alive.

Again, I have to disagree with;
"your plant is trying to keep them alive."

It's quite the contrary.
Your plant is reclaiming stored energy from them, and she will form an abscission layer, then drop them when she is through with them.
The abscission layer keeps the stem from leaking sap and seals out pathogens. Fresh cuts do not!

It's a natural process and it's best not to interfere.
You will know when she is finished with them.
A very gentle tug will do.
If there is any resistance, give them more time.

I agree the damage done is done and the rest should finish well. About time for a flush?
Now that's not a bad idea!
When a pot has gone dry, chemical nutes can crystallize.
Best to flush a little when you water the very dry ones.
Here's a good use for soap or penetrators, makes a good wetting agent for dry soil.
Water with a small amount of slightly soapy water.
Don't overdo it.
Then flush well with aerated, PHed water, and you are back on track.

Aloha Y'all
Weezard Reviewed by Weezard on . 1st grow 12/12 from start outdoors. Please help me save it This little girl has been having some problems the last few days, i'm thinking rootbound issues as I underestimated her going in and put her in a 2.5 gallon when she started flowering. I found her like this after skipping out on her for about five days ( I usually water every 4) Soil was bone dry, and the middle leaves were yellow. Some had fallen off. Also they are just main fan leaves that are experiencing this yellowing, nodes seem perfectly healthy. I mixed some nitrogen into my nutes and Rating: 5
