obviously u all havent ever seen it before its common not fucking edited in any way.Maybe that guys is but it looks real.When theres such an impact that the brain gets shifted to the other side of the head it needs to be sorted.Go to a brain injury unit and im sure u will see someone with half there skull missing.It aint pretty especially when it has just been done and stapled with no cover on it.

Seriously though i think he has been shot in the head and thats why his face also looks fucked up.He probably has a bullet or something lodged in there so they cant ever replace the skull i dunno i wouldnt know shit from clay.
