Hes either been shot in the head or wounded with a hard object or whatever but he has needed pressure to be released so they have taken out a piece of his skull and attatched a tube to his brain to release the fluid.His skull would have been frozen and will be replaced a few months after his operation.My nephew had no skull for 1 year he just got it put back in so his head dont look like that anymore but it dont take away the fact that he is now a vege.At least that guy looks alive so hes lucky.

Looker im not normally like that i usually dont give a shit about anything like that but it just kinda makes me think of him alot.I hardly even visit him at hospital because im fucking devistated everytime i see him he is about to turn 18 he had accident at 16 its just sad he has missed some of the best years he will have i wish i could take his place.His mum had him at 15 and never cared for him he was like my baby.Ah fuck it Looker just use the pic if u want i gotta get over myself lol
