Ballast issues..

Took ballast back, they swapped it out, got a 1000 watt bulb and now the girls are finally warming back up!

notsheena Reviewed by notsheena on 11-28-2010. Ballast issues.. I have a Sun System Budget Grow ballast in a secret jardin grow-tent and I just noticed the light is not as strong as it should be/was. I went back to where I spent over $400 getting it all set up and they said I would have to bring the ballast in and then they would send it away to get fixed.. HUH? Is that the normal response I should get from a store? My girls are almost ready to go into flower mode and this guy wants me to send in my ballast? I bought a new light bulb, just on the Rating: 5
