whoa! man you might want to trim them nasty leaves off to try and save that plant. I'm not a fan of 24/7, mostly because the plant needs some downtime to grow good roots.
jtingler is right, need more lighting.

I try to not get water on the leaves, the water acts like a magnifying glass and can distort the light spectrum and possibly cause burns.
Roots make use of nutes, not leaves .

Well they are not far off. What a mess you have. First I note Nitrogen burn, Light burn, not enough light. I have never said this before here, but you just as well start over, you have nothing (in my opinion) worth salvaging. The statement about the leaf spray acting like prisims is true. Not sure if you have enough plant to salvage. I hope I am wrong

So, lets try this. Trim off most, not all, of the lower effected leaves with sharp scissors. There is a little viable growth at the very top and possibly some of the lower branches. DO NOT OVERWATER and they look very wet now. Put them in a 18/6 cycle. I cannot speak to your type of lighting, I have no experience and we need someone else to chime in on that part.

why not? foliar feeding is a viable form of nutrient up take.

did you grab the wrong spray bottle? or perhaps some residue or remaining toxin leftover in the bottle?
