I realized another issue has arrived all because i jumped into a new hobby without planning things out. it gets colder in my grow room then i would like at night because i didn't think ahead and picked a poorly insulated exterior room which has NO outlets with ground prongs.

but the temp in my flower closet is the problem and the easiest solution i came up with was to have the windows blacked out and change the light cycle so the lights come on at night. I only have a two bulb 2700 kelvin shop light but they do seem to raise the temp during the day so im hoping so at night too. But if not i have a back up plan also... a Heat lamp. But i will post some pics why i dont like that idea either.
NOW my question! Do I just keep the lights on all day and all night or jump right to keeping them off all day and on at night or slowy adjust my light cycle the way i have been doing. the reason why i ask now is cause i already have one plant in the closet now for 7 days and plan to put one more in today and another in one week segments till i find a male and so i can breed him with my top girl. so if i leave the lights on all day and all night i might shock or mess up the one plant some how if at all... but its my best plant!

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

PS if you stick around till my phone charges i will take pics of my set up and explain my half as plan and my new plan once i get some money.
