They just banned some "popular?" beverage here. A caffeinated concoction of "uppy" energy-drink ingredients, paired with alcohol. One *huge* can would have a drunken teen bouncing off the ceiling. The stuff had been around for a while, but just recently showed up on the "fun-police" radar.
