Germinated seed, root broke, please help

Since it is just one seed, and you broke its lifeline, and since it is so early in the game, I wouldn't even mess with it, or be overly concerned, I would just start over with a fresh seed. Just my 2¢.
Experiment with it, try to keep it going, but do another seed in case it doesn't work out. If it does grow, by all means let us know.
