I'm not at expert but since no one's answered... generally if these things pass a basic strip test and eye-inspection for color, you're good. If they suspect it's been messed with and do further integrity testing and find that its a dilute result, they may ask you to test again.

In the latter case, get some quickfix so you can stop worrying about it

Been clean for 15 days when I took the test. I had been getting a very faint line on at home tests using first morning voids so I decided not to sub and just dilute.
