Dry ice is basically frozen CO2. Using CO2 as a booster won't help unless you've got higher temps.

Normal Co2 is about 300ppm's. I dought that brings it up much and not for long enough.

Proper co2 needs 1500ppm's held in a sealed room with temps about 95 degrees for 4 hours then flush with fresh air and fill again. No need during dark period. Did I say the biggest badest lights to maximise.

If you don't have enough fresh air this could help bring it up to normal but other than that your wasting time and money.

A tank of co2 and a slow trickle of co2 would do the same and last the whole grow and cost less. Dry ice is not cheap ubless you get it free.
