The pot is waaaay too big for that size plant, and the medium is holding the water for waaay too long. (or you're overwatering it)

The larger the pot, the longer the medium will hold the moisture.

Might be a good idea to fill-out the troubleshooting form anyway, and we'll let you know if there's anything you should change.
