Liquid root stimulator for seedlings

Today I bought Wilson's Transplanter root stimulator(5-15-5). My plants are one month old from seed.I added 1 teaspoon of root stimulator to 1 litre of freash water to feed all fifteen plants. Will this product work fine for my young plants roots, and should I feed root stimulator once or twice a week. This info would help alot.

not really needed for seedlings but is a good additive when you start rooting clones.
