Im still a noob but im finishing a cfl grow right now using basically the same stuff you are. I started off using one 26wt cfl for the seedlings. Once they hit their third node you should use at least one per plant. Starting into veg you should have at least 2 per plant and move up to at least three per plant during flower.
I didnt use any mg nutrients (other than whats in the soil) until after they passed the third node. Start off by using 1/4 to 1/2 of the recomended dose and follow the instructions on the box.
If you are using straight mg soil i would highly recommend using 25% perlite to help the drainage.
This is just what I did but there is alot of reading you should do on here. Just about everything you need to know is on here.
    Good luck

You should read as much as you can about proper soil mixes, nute doses, lighting, temps, etc... There is a whole world of information available here and theres tons of info on google too.

Theres a link to books about cannabis cultivation in my sig, the books and info are well worth the DL time. I'd recommend starting with Marijuana Grow Basics The Easy Guide for Cannabis Aficionados. Its a quick read with great starter info to steer you in the right direction and provide a lot of insight on what to expect and do for the rest of the grow. My fourth post in the book thread has a dl link for that book and 8 others that will help, start there.

:rastasmoke: Read till your eyes bleed, dude...

    And, Gook luck

Personally, I would start with the lighting first. You deffinately need more light if you plan to get a decent yeild. Depending on what MG (6-month release/3-month realease/moisture control) soil you are using, you may not have to add any nutes until flowering begins. Growing with MG can be very tricky if you use the release soils and plan to use nutes.

I highly reccommend you study this site and all it has to offer if you are serious about growing.

Lighting:Within a few inces of the plant, not touching (CFL's do burn)
    Veg-6500k (cooler/daylight)
    Flower-2700k-3000k (warmer/soft)

Shoot for atleast 3000-lumens per sq. foot.

    Good luck!!!

From personal experience you do not want to use any nutes until flowering with that soil. When you get to flowering, you should use nutes very low to none Nitrogen and higher Potassium and Phospahrus. Start very low and work your way up. That particular soil is know for nute-burn.

When it comes to lighting, it is always a plus to use both spectrums of light. During veg you want to use more of the 6500k and during flower you want more 2700k. And remember, if you can shoot for ATLEAST 3000 lumens per sq. foot, you will have a great CFL grow. Keep most of the light above the plants too and try to keep some light on the sides(really helps alot with CFL grows).

It will be fairly difficult to wash the nutes out of the time-release MG. You can try to flush with PH adjusted water and use double the size of your pot but the nutes in that MG are desiegned to release over time, not all at once. Up to you.
