Companies constantly have to defend themselves in court arguing that they don't sell products intended for illegal use. Secret shoppers asking for pot advice etc. No hydro shop should risk losing those products. Let's play by the rules and keep our mouths shut.

well try saying your "legal" in federal court and youll hear this word...inadmissable. followed by your lengthy sentencing. real legal, huh. its also considered poor etiquette to discuss such matters in their stores. remember, they are not licensed for any cannabis activities as such would be criminal. ive seen "no marijuana" signs at their entrances. also it would behoove you to refrain from discussing mmj because they may not be as friendly as you might think. further being somewhat legal does not preclude one from all the hassles of being suspect and proving your innocence.
