If you check back on my PC grow, a single 50w panel with an 80mm outtake and 120mm intake couldn't keep the temps down below 85F.

I'd be really wary of two little 80mm fans with a 120w panel.

When using active intakes, having a larger intake than the out will cause turbulence and reduce the cooling effectiveness.

Only if the CFM doesn't match within 10%. The airflow design was made to induce positive pressure to keep dust out (since I don't have to worry about keeping smell in.)
