I'll agree with what some others have said. Time to take a break!

Lay off toking for awhile (couple weeks to a month) and give your body and mind a rest from the altered reality. When you start up again, start slow!! Your tolerance will be lowered and it can sneak up on ya.

I'm an old pro at dealing with weed induced anxiety in this house, my fiance gets it real bad at times and even I do on occasion if I get too high. The strain really makes a difference too, and when it was harvested.

Because of anxiety issues we'll only smoke stuff we've grown and cured ourselves now so we have more control over our high.

Practice some deep breathing and mental relaxation techniques too. If you go into it nervous you're setting up for a bad trip.
