In the old days, and lb would disappear overnight sometimes in ozs.

To be honest, I think the reasonable rate of exchange to the grower is more like the 3200-4000 per LB range.

Personally, I would rather burn it as incense than to sell my high grade for less than 250 per oz, no matter the amount.

The reason I place the 250 mark on it is because we have a limit. It is far less than Californias limit so naturally, California would be able to produce more plants per grower and that will drive the price down. its all a matter of supply and demand.

Right now I see a boom in the green market in this state, but as soon as things settle the price should all stabilize and be true to the nature of supply.

As Californias outdoor meds reaches the NorthWest, the price always drops in the fall.
For the price to be in the same range as Cali's meds, the supply has to be the same also....and it just aint gonna happen with a 15 plant limit.

Maybe our legislator is a bit confused. The reason no-one is able to figure it out is not because it is gray area...it's because no punishment has been legislated strictly for dispensaries activities..they are strictly per person legislation..at any one time. No matter how many.

If the legislature did ''not'' specifically identify this '"group'' under legislation as illegal, then it can not be claimed unlawful activity or a ''prohibited'' crime as it is claimed. If one has an authorization, they must be given an aff. def. PERIOD. This is why he couldn't pin point it for you...as you asked him about a ''business'' operation....it's a legal quagmire.

Anything less is does not comport to be within due process of law.

I keep it simple 10$ a gram nothing more. And that is even for the good stuff. No matter what i grow the over head stays the same or drops. Coast 3,000 on the 1st grow and only 1,100 on the 2nd and 3rd.

I think $10 a gram is the best unless its really killer, I've smoke your stuff and its at least $3200 an lb. You produce some excellent meds.
