Misunderstanding. They did not make MMJ legal. There's a big difference. If it was legal they wouldn't arrest patients. They still arrest them because it only allows for an affirmative defense.
Do not leave it up the legislature to make dispensaries legal. They will do like they have to the rest of the law and hose it up.

From what I understand of various co-ops/collectives, that's the case.

Before i do any transaction I ask:

Designated me in writing as there primary caregiver
Copy of there ID and MMJ Card.
I do not consume the patient's medicine
I only serving 1 patient at any one time.

and all info is stored with my lawyer.

Why would you pay $10 or more for .5g? that's crazy.

apparently according to my legislator, the statement that they are illegal is incorrect......but he could not show me where it was legal.

I don't understand that statement. Something is either legal or not, can you get that in writing?
And we never failed to fail...it was the easiest thing to do.

I was just looking to show off but, I was offered $225 from a local dispensory and was told that was top tier and the most they would pay for anything. Was told they normally offered $175-$185....

In the present market $2800-3200 is still a reasonable price. At that range it allows for grading and would cover expenses unless you have overhead a mile high. Like anything else, keep it simple and play it straight.

In the old days, and lb would disappear overnight sometimes in ozs.
