Washington State made Medical MJ legal in 98 but they didnt give you any legal way to purchase the medicene...makes alot of sense huh

Misunderstanding. They did not make MMJ legal. There's a big difference. If it was legal they wouldn't arrest patients. They still arrest them because it only allows for an affirmative defense.
Do not leave it up the legislature to make dispensaries legal. They will do like they have to the rest of the law and hose it up.

i know that even if your a mmj card hold. you can not still "SELL" your good. the key word in it is. "Trade" and "Donate".

I don't think there is an easy answer for this question, since dispensaries aren't strictly legal in Washington, and there aren't any provisions for them in the existing medical marijuana laws. Each one will likely have a different policy.

From what I understand of various co-ops/collectives, that's the case.

A reputable dispensary, if there is such a thing, will conduct the transaction in cash and no names of growers will be put on paper for tax purposes.

Before i do any transaction I ask:

That they be 18 years of age
Designated me in writing as there primary caregiver
Copy of there ID and MMJ Card.
I do not consume the patient's medicine
I only serving 1 patient at any one time.

Maybe before we get all caught up in full legalization and the gray area of dispensaries, we work to get dispensaries legalized and licensed by the City/County of the location. As was stated, dispensaries are specifically stated in the current law to not be legal. How they can function without getting busted is a very fine line. Too fine for me to participate in.

I was just looking to show off but, I was offered $225 from a local dispensory and was told that was top tier and the most they would pay for anything. Was told they normally offered $175-$185....

In the present market $2800-3200 is still a reasonable price. At that range it allows for grading and would cover expenses unless you have overhead a mile high. Like anything else, keep it simple and play it straight. :thumbsup:
