Rudy: Your California recommendation is (according the the feds) irrelevant. They ignore the law in some cases because their boss says they are to ignore it. The fed law says that MJ is illegal. Period. IF their boss changes his policy, and they want to enforce that law, they can. Even on private property. RIGHT NOW they only make occasional busts outside of federal lands - what I am saying is that CAN change. And, it can. Should we rock the boat? I think we got it pretty good right now.
