my charge was the same...dirty paraphanalia...maybe because of my age and record...old and clean...i also got prop 200...1 yr. unsupervised probation.....rule of thumb,if you carry,be prepared to be spanked...don't worry about what you don't want,worry about what you're gonna get....:wtf:

I had one of those dugout boxes that carry the hitter( the hitters that look like cigarettes.) ok well, there was no weed in the box and the hitter was not in there. Like a dumbass I had it in my pocket. Well, The DA wants to give me a year of probation with tasc and all that crap. I suppose I should thank prop 200 for no mandatory jail time but I am unsure if I can get unsupervised probation and a fine Rating: 5
