GOT THRIPS!!! HELP PLZ ASAP

ive ordered some spinosad should be recieving it in 2 days im wondering how why i cant see any thrips ive only saw 2 soo far but i have about 40 of im girls showing all the signs ill get you some pictures tommorow

I had real trouble spotting them aswell, even with my microscope. They seemed to hide right next to the veins on the underside of the leaves. I think I only saw about 3. I could only tell that they had gone by memorising the marks on one leaf and watching it for more damage.
