Unfortunately it does have that much impact if given too much/often. You look N toxic, but I do not grow with CFL and I cannot give good advice under those light conditions.

Regardless, anyone who can help will want the troubleshoot form answered.

I give my vegetative stage plants NO fertilizer at all, just good potting mix.

Your plants look like they will be fine, but stop giving nutes until someone has a full diagnosis of your issue.

Frankly, I don't see how anyone can really grow under CFL -- I must just be bad at that version of growing. Worth my money for MH or HPS lighting. Best bang for my buck.
