Yeah that's the airstone all covered in muck.

It was a weird consistency, hard to wash off. I gave all the components a good long soak in h2o2 and scrubbed everything.

This week I'm not using any great white and I'll see what happens.

The plants couldn't be happier. Lots of strong white roots starting to show out the bottoms of the net pots.

What ever it is, it doesn't seem to be hurting the plants.

Thanks
TerraPharma Reviewed by TerraPharma on . Is this from using 'Great white' For the first time I added 'great white' to my resevoir. After one week I went to change the water and was shocked to find this strange light brown sludge all over everything. This is the only thing I've changed in the last week so I'm hoping that I'm looking at massive colonies of beneficial bacteria. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks P.S. The plants seem happy and are growing well so I'm not worried about them too much. Rating: 5
