why did i wait so long?!?

Hi guys ...new here,long,long time interest in this...at the time it was too easy to acquire it ,the other way....now ,economic changes in my life ,pretty much leave me no choice,...i've been scanning the boards, for info,was lucky enough to find..(The Rhiz)...(if i may,as a newb)...going thru his calculations,i have,room(2*8*8)....easy power source,privacy,2 -4ft flourescant ballast lights,ocsillating fan,my grow area is covered with mylar(i got from the dollar store,bought all their big helium balloons,did my whole area for 11$)(venting,no problem,fan in ceiling ties into gable vent)a couple bags of pre-fertalized soil...i'm ready to thro down..at this point,because it is a first run,just your average,run of the mill seeds...gonna start with 10 plants...and hope i get 4 keepers out of it...1-2 might be better,germinate in dixie cups(plastic),prospects get a 5 gallon home...(each)i know,i know...if ya go cheap,ya grow cheap ..unfortunatly,i can only go this way...since its just me and Mrs.Marley,massive quantity is not required,however,on my next attempt, if this works half as well as i hope....feminized seeds are in my future,...ya just gotta love those exotic flavors...will keep the forum updated,good luck to everyone with their projects...:smokin:

hi guys, i'm back,and it's on...finally...got nine starter sets(seeds),under 2-100 watt CFL's,generating 3500 lumins...soon as i get growth(1-3 in.)i'm upping it to 7,000 lumins,at 6-8 in.i'm upping to 2-4'ft.ballast lights..should kick it to 32,000+lumins......soon as i can figure out how to post pics...i'll throw a few, for comments and suggestions....thanks to this site i'm doing so much more than throwing seeds in a bucket and hoping for the best:thumbsup:
